Costa Del Sol

The Costa Del Sol has the best climate in Europe with over 320 days of sunshine every year which means that even in the winter the weather is warm enough for you to eat outside and ideal for golfing and tennis holidays.

One of the benefits of being on the mainland of Spain is the variety of surroundings within relatively short distances. You could be water skiing in the morning off the beach at Marbella, and in the afternoon you could travel by car to the snowy ski slopes of Sierra Nevada.

Calahonda

Our Calahonda apartments have a rural flavour and coastal lifestyle, surrounded by green areas in a generally peaceful and rustic fashion.

While the vast majority of Calahonda is devoted to villas, townhouses and space for four golf courses, selected areas have been dedicated to providing residents with every amenity imaginable.

There are 45 restaurants, cafeterias and pubs, seven banks, and several supermarkets all within walking distance.

Health care needs are provided for by a chemist and three medical centres, offering 24 hour service. Furthermore, the state-funded Hospital Costa del Sol is well known as the Coast's state-of-the-art medical facility and is just minutes from Calahonda.

The following destinations are all within easy reach of our apartments...

Cabopino

This quiet Marina is situated between Marbella and Calahonda. Cabopino is styled on the jet set resort of Puerto Banus but on a smaller scale. This is a much smaller port with its own truly Mediterranean style.

It is often overlooked by the tourists mainly because it is not visible from the road. Like all the costal Marinas it has some very good restaurants and bars. "Alberts" on the Port is the best known restaurant, especially for its steaks. Harbour Lights is a friendy family restaurant also worth visiting

Mijas Costa

Equals that magic combination of sun, sand and sea sports!  The beaches at La Cala have been awarded the "Blue Flag" as among the best in the province and are geared to provide action: jet skis, water skiing and parasailing are all on the go.

Be sure to check out the chiringuito charm here too, where you can sample a variety of Spanish seafood eaten with the favourite holiday drink, tinto verano: red wine topped up with casera (lemonade).

Marbella

The motto of Marbella is 'A Way of Life' and, certainly, this luxurious resort seems to have it all and is, once again, rising to the fore as a favourite location with the rich and famous as well as more ordinary folk who are willing to pay just a little bit extra for southern Spain's answer to St Tropez.

Puerto Banus

Possibly the ultimate in coastal charisma. Puerto Banus is located just west of Marbella, before you reach the small town of San Pedro de Alcantara. This is the place to be pampered yachtside and ogle those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. The setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views.

Fuengirola

This is probably most famous for its five miles of sandy beaches, flanked by high-rise hotels and residential blocks of apartments with magnificent views of the Mediterranean and sweeping coastline.

A recent landscaping drive by the local municipality has resulted in a wider promenade and plenty of palm trees, interspersed with colourful flower beds and additional seating.

The beaches known as Boliches - Gaviotas and Torreblanca hold a European blue flag.
